Purpose of the Event Calendar

Our event calendar is designed to give members a full 12 months of exciting adventures to look forward to and plan for. By sharing the schedule in advance, we aim to help everyone organise their time and fully participate in the events they’re most passionate about.

In preparation for this, the committee gathers input from members well before the Annual General Meeting (AGM). We ask where you’d like to go and what you’d like to experience. This feedback is compiled and presented at the AGM, where we finalise the calendar and make any necessary adjustments based on member suggestions.

Each adventure is assigned a team leader and a set date to ensure smooth planning and coordination throughout the year.

While we strive to keep the schedule consistent, there may occasionally be changes due to unforeseen circumstances. However, such changes are rare, and we do our best to keep everyone informed well in advance.
