Our event calendar is designed to give members a full 12 months of exciting adventures to look forward to and plan for.By sharing the schedule in advance, we aim to help everyone organise their time and fully participate in the events they’re most passionate about.

Each month offers a range of activities, from boating trips on serene lakes to thrilling fishing competitions.<P
This diversity ensures that there is something for everyone, catering to different interests and skill levels.
In preparation for this, the committee gathers input from members well before the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

We ask where you’d like to go and what you’d like to experience.This feedback is compiled and presented at the AGM, where we finalise the calendar and make any necessary adjustments based on member suggestions.For instance, if a significant number of members express interest in a specific destination, such as the Hawkesbury River, we work to include that in our schedule.This collaborative approach fosters a sense of community and ensures that everyone feels heard.

Each adventure is assigned a team leader and a set date to ensure smooth planning and coordination throughout the year. Team leaders are chosen based on their experience and enthusiasm, providing guidance and support to participants.They play a crucial role in making sure that each event is enjoyable and runs smoothly, helping to create memorable experiences for all.

While we strive to keep the schedule consistent, there may occasionally be changes due to unforeseen circumstances. However, such changes are rare, and we do our best to keep everyone informed well in advance.Communication is key; we utilize email updates and our social media channels to relay any changes and ensure that members can adjust their plans accordingly.
